Trishul taser & gloves: High-tech weapons for Indian forces made by startup

- From a trident with a taser at its tips, to gloves which would deliver a shock to the target, and a shield with a hole to allow the wielder to attack while defending himself/herself - these are among the inventions a startup firm in Uttar Pradesh's Noida has claimed to have developed for Indian security forces. The Chief Technology Officer of Apasteron Private Limited told ANI news agency that it was tasked with developing non-lethal, high-tech weapons for Indian soldiers after the clash with Chinese troops in Ladakh last year.
