Ukraine suffers setback as Putin’s men regain territory in Kharkiv

• The Russian military has said it had recaptured territory in the eastern Kharkiv region of Ukraine, the first gains in that place since Moscow's forces were pushed back in a sweeping counter-offensive. Moreover, Russia’s multiple air strikes left many parts of Ukraine into darkness due to a broken energy supply on Tuesday. Russia targeted power stations in many cities in Ukraine.
