Ukraine suffers setback as Putin’s men regain territory in Kharkiv

The Russian military has said it had recaptured territory in the eastern Kharkiv region of Ukraine, the first gains in that place since Moscow's forces were pushed back in a sweeping counter-offensive. Moreover, Russia’s multiple air strikes left many parts of Ukraine into darkness due to a broken energy supply on Tuesday. Russia targeted power stations in many cities in Ukraine. Kyiv has also claimed that Moscow also targeted water infrastructure in many cities. Watch this video for more.
