India told the UN General Assembly that Pakistan was misusing the UN platform to push a divisive political agenda on Jammu and Kashmir. India’s Permanent Mission diplomat Eldos Mathew Punnoose rejected Pakistan’s remarks as “baseless allegations and falsehoods” and said they presented a picture “completely detached from reality.” He reiterated that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral and inalienable part of India and called Pakistan’s reference to it “unwarranted.” Watch for details
