Uttar Pradesh police has arrested 4 people in connection with raising beheading slogans during the Moharram procession on August 10 in Jaunpur. The video that went viral showed a group of Muslim youth carrying hockey sticks chanting 'Sar Tan Se Juda' slogans - a war cry that is raised by fundamentalists over the Prophet's insult.
