Watch: F-35B fighter aircraft lands vertically on UK warship HMS Queen Elizabeth

The F-35B fifth generation fighter jet made a vertical landing on a UK warship near Mumbai. The fighter aircraft landed on the British Royal Navy aircraft carrier in the Arabian Sea. The warship HMS Queen Elizabeth is in India for a joint exercise with Indian forces. Earlier, the fighter aircraft was seen taking off from the HMS Queen Elizabeth. The F-35B fifth generation aircraft is manufactured by Lockheed Martin. It can conduct air-to-surface, electronic warfare & air-to-air missions simultaneously. The UK's Carrier Strike Group, led by HMS Queen Elizabeth arrived at the Bay of Bengal last week. The joint exercise aimed at ensuring a free, open Indo-Pacific region, said the British High Commission. Watch the full video for more.
