Watch: Talks fail, agitated farmers pitch tent outside Karnal mini-secretariat

Dozens of farmers have pitched tents outside the district administration offices in Karnal demanding justice. Rakesh Tikait has said that the farmers will not budge from there till their demands have been met. Earlier, talks between farmers and the Karnal district administration over permission for march failed. Haryana police had briefly detained Yogendra Yadav and Rakesh Tikait during the march to the mini-secretariat in Karnal. Farmers had planned Karnal Mahapanchayat to seek justice for Sushil Kajla who died allegedly of injuries during the Aug 28th lathicharge. Watch the full video for more.
