Why Pak is reviving 1990s terror agenda, targeting Hindus, Sikhs, Dogras in J&K

Over a span of 3 days, terrorists in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir killed 5 civilians. Many of the targets were religious minorities in the UT.
