The Rajya Sabha witnessed fiery scenes as Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankar did not admit their notices for suspension of the listed business and take up discussion on the Manipur issue. Dhankar said that he will not give a directive to the Prime Minister to appear in the house to speak on the Manipur issue.
