'Will militarise a section of Indian society': RJD MP Manoj Jha on Agnipath

Rashtriya Janata Dal MP of Rajya Sabha, Prof Manoj Jha, fears that the Agnipath project will militarise a section of Indian society and believes that the scheme has been announced to create a future militia for the Sangh. Manoj Jha, who comes from Bihar which witnessed the most fierce and violent Agnipath stir, has rejected the charge that the protests were a conspiracy. The Rajya Sabha MP launched a scathing attack on Centre, accusing it of bulldozing everything through its brute majority in the Parliament.
