U.S. First Lady Jill Biden welcomed Indian PM Narendra Modi to the United States as she lauded PM's contribution in education in India. The First Lady said that the ties between India and the United States are deep and expansive. She was speaking at National Science Foundation in Alexandria, Virginia.
