Watch | ‘The Great Khali’ injured during wrestling event, hospitalised

Former WWE wrestler 'The Great Khali' sustained severe head injuries during a sporting event held at Haldwani on Wednesday night. He was admitted to Max Hospital in Dehradun on Thursday afternoon.

At the event for the 'The Great Khali Returns Series', three of his fellow contestants - Brody, Mike Knox and Apollo Leon – attacked him with chairs. As a result, he sustained a head injury and the doctors suspect that he may have suffered injuries to his chest as well but his condition is stable. The second show of this series is scheduled to be held in Dehradun on February 28, but his presence depends on his health conditions at the time.
