A senior Pakistan official confessed to rigging the election results over a week after voting in Pakistan. Rawalpindi commissioner Liaquat Ali Chattha made the bombshell claim on Feb 17 amid protests. Subsequently, Chattha reportedly resigned, taking responsibility for 'rigging' of elections.
