Pakistan is reportedly planning to send Shaheen II medium-range ballistic missiles to Iran amid its tensions with Iran over Hamas boss Ismail Haniyeh’s assassination. The U.S. has now responded to the reports of Pakistan offering to send missiles to Iran. White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre said, "We’ve been very clear with our support for Israel and we are making sure they have what they need to defend themselves." Meanwhile, U.S. officials have said they have observed Iran moving missile launchers since the weekend.
