Lalit Mohan Jha, allegedly the main conspirator behind the December 13 parliament attack, surrendered before the Delhi Police on December 15. He was sent to 7-day judicial custody by the Patiala House Court. The Delhi police told the court that Lalit orchestrated the entire attack, assigning Sagar, Manoranjan, Neelam, and Amol their duties in the plan.
