Prime Minister Narendra Modi has unveiled India’s new three-rule doctrine for dealing with Pakistan, marking a decisive shift in national security policy after Operation Sindoor. In a speeches from Kanpur, UP, following India’s precision strikes on terror infrastructure in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir, Modi declared that: Every terror attack on India will be met with a strong and timely response, with the armed forces choosing the nature and timing of retaliation; India will not be intimidated by nuclear threats or blackmail, and will strike decisively at terrorist safe havens even if they operate under the cover of nuclear deterrence; There will be no distinction between terrorists and their sponsors—India will treat both terror masterminds and the governments that shelter them as equal enemies.
