PM Narendra Modi’s Big Message After Anti-Paper Leak Bill Clears Parliament

Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed Parliament's passage of the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, saying tougher measures are needed to protect students and prevent organised examination fraud. In a video address, Modi said "paper mafias" and gangs involved in leaking question papers would not be spared and stressed the need for greater use of technology to build a trustworthy examination system.
