'Probe Human Rights Violations': SC's Big Kashmir Recommendation After Article 370 Verdict

Supreme Court recommended setting up of a "truth and reconciliation" commission in Jammu and Kashmir. The court's recommendation came shortly after it pronounced its verdict on Article 370. Justice Sanjay Kaul - part of the five-judge constitutional bench- said the proposed panel should investigate human rights violations carried out by both state and non-state actors since the 1980s.
