Putin roars at Kosovo after NATO ally blames Russia for tensions with Serbia | Details

Russia President Vladimir Putin fumes at Europe's attempt to blame Russia for fresh conflict in the region. Russia has reacted angrily to Kosovo's explosive charge of inciting border tensions. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov called the Kosovo government's claims baseless and defended its support for Serbia. Peskov said that the allegations are completely wrong and that Russia is simply backing Serbia in defending the rights of ethnic Serbs in Kosovo.
