Russia struck the headquarters of Ukraine's SBU in central Kyiv just a day after Vladimir Putin issued a major warning, hitting one of the country's most sensitive security targets. Volodymyr Zelensky said the Russian drone was aimed directly at SBU chief Oleksandr Poklad's office and ordered a “tangible” response that should mirror Moscow's attack where possible. The SBU has been behind some of Ukraine's most damaging operations deep inside Russia, including Operation Spiderweb and the Crimea Bridge bombing.
