Putin To Skip G20 Summit In India? Kremlin Makes Big Revelation About Russian President’s Plans

Russian President Vladimir Putin may not come to India for the G20 Summit next month. According to Reuters, Putin has “no plans” to physically attend the G20 Summit in India. This week, the Russian President avoided travelling to South Africa for the BRICS Summit and instead sent Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov amid an international arrest warrant against him over alleged war crimes in Ukraine.
