Putin & Trump reveal 'secret' deal, shock Zelensky? 'Rubio right, no diplomatic way out of war…'

Is a new US-Russia peace push running into trouble as Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump face mounting questions over the future of the Ukraine war? US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has described the conflict as a dangerous stalemate, saying Washington wants a lasting negotiated settlement but will not pursue talks indefinitely without progress. The Kremlin has echoed the stalemate assessment while insisting diplomacy can still find a path to peace. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, meanwhile, rejected the idea of a diplomatic dead end and urged Washington to increase pressure on Moscow. With fresh US-Ukraine talks planned, questions remain over whether a breakthrough is possible.
