Ukraine is reportedly planning to reorganise & launch a new counteroffensive this year. A senior Ukrainian commander said Kyiv is working to stabilize the battlefield situation. Aleksandr Pavlyuk said Kyiv plans to create units for new counter-offensive against Russia. The aim is reportedly to pull back the exhausted forces from frontline & rebuild them.
