Para-Badminton player Suhas Lalinakere Yathiraj talks about whether being a differently-abled person is a “blessing”. Suhas said he does not believe in being differently-abled person as a blessing. The 38-year-old Noida district magistrate became the first-ever IAS officer to win a medal at the Paralympics.
