Meet Santosh Shah, the Nepali finalist on MasterChef Professionals UK

• He is determined to introduce the world to authentic Nepali cuisine, and he’s done a stand-up job so far. So much so that even Nepal’s prime minister remarked on his journey. Growing up poor in a border state, Santosh Shah, now 35, moved to Gujarat, India, to study and is now based in London.
