‘Not looking for handouts..’: Ram Charan on how govt can help companies

As companies figure out ways to tide over the Covid induced lockdown, top management guru & author Ram Charan explained what the government can do to ensure that companies get back on their feet soon. He said that he does not feel the companies need to be given financial help. ‘We can design a programme under the industries ministry to help these people but they are not looking for handouts,’ Charan told Hindustan Times.
