South Africa Billionaire Johann Rupert Punctures Trump’s ‘White Genocide’ Claim Amid Ramaphosa Clash

South African billionaire Johann Peter Rupert, who is the boss of Swiss-based luxury goods company Richemont, was present in the White House during the bilateral meeting between President Cyril Ramaphosa and his US counterpart Donald Trump. When given an opportunity to speak, Rupert immediately rejected Trump’s claims of ‘white genocide’ in South Africa, saying it’s “not just white farmers” who are being killed in the country.
