South Korea's viral shark, nicknamed Bukangi, has returned to a canal in the port city of Busan just a day after being guided into the open sea. The three-metre-long female dusky shark reportedly slipped beneath a protective net and swam back into the waterway, frustrating authorities' rescue efforts. Officials have reinforced barriers and opened an outer net in hopes of guiding her back to open water. Experts say the shark's condition is stable and further rescue attempts may not be necessary. Bukangi's prolonged stay has raised environmental concerns, with experts linking increased shark sightings to warming ocean temperatures.
