UK PM Keir Starmer delivered a fiery warning at the EPC Summit in Albania, calling out Vladimir Putin for refusing to attend peace talks with Zelensky in Turkey. Starmer said Russia is “dragging its feet” and playing games while Ukraine is “the party of peace.” He backed an “unconditional ceasefire” and warned Putin must “pay the price” if talks fail. Starmer also revealed new UK sanctions on Russia’s shadow fleet and pledged increased defense spending.
