India start campaign today

India will launch their cricket World Cup campaign against minnows Bangladesh in Trinidah today. India, the 1983 champions have somewhat shaken off their 2006 form slump to renew hopes among world cricket's biggest fan base. Team India won both of its warm up matches against West India and Neitherland. However, they are aware they cannot trip up in the tough group also involving Sri Lanka, seen as potential champions.
