Sri Lanka Backs Indian Rupee Globalisation; ‘Not Averse To INR As Common Currency’ | Details

Sri Lankan president Ranil Wickremesinghe praised India's growth under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi. Speaking about the Indian currency, Wickremesinghe said Sri Lanka would want to see the Indian rupee used as much as the U.S. dollar.
