Syrians celebrate Trump’s bold move: sanctions removed, MBS crowned hero | al-Sharaa meets Trump

Syrians in Damascus went to the streets to celebrate the decision of U.S. President Donald Trump to remove sanctions over Syria on Tuesday (May 13). Trump said he had made the decision after discussions with bin Salman and Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, whose governments have both strongly urged the lifting of sanctions.
