Texas school shooting:Cops did nothing for 45 mins | How other kids were rescued

A shocking and disturbing information has now come to the fore 4 days after 19 students and 2 teachers were shot dead in a Texas school shooting. As per reports, 20 policemen waited for 45 minutes before engaging gunman Salvador Ramos thinking that all potential victims were already dead. Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steven McCraw said the decision by the on-site commander to delay breaching the classroom of Robb Elementary School was a wrong decision. Reports also state that when Border Patrol agents arrived at the spot, cops stopped them from entering the school.
