After meal with PM Modi & Red Fort fest, Neeraj Chopra reaches hometown Panipat

Neeraj Chopra received a hero’s welcome as he reached his hometown. The Olympic gold medalist reached Samalkha in Haryana’s Panipat on August 17. A convoy brought him home as he stood through the sunroof of an SUV. On August 16, Prime Minister Narendra Modi treated the golden boy with ‘Churma’. PM Modi had hosted the Indian Olympic contingent at his residence for breakfast. Neeraj was also present at the 75th Independence day celebrations in Red Fort. Watch the full video for more.
