Trump declares major ISIS killing in Africa while Iran reports speak of $54 million bounty plot?

U.S. President Donald Trump said on May 15 that American forces and the Nigerian military killed Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, whom he described as ISIS’s second-in-command globally, in a joint operation somewhere in Africa. At the same time, separate reports have claimed that figures in Iran are discussing legislation that would authorize a reward for the killing of Trump and other senior U.S. and Israeli figures.
