Trump Envoys Land in Kyiv! Witkoff, Kushner Meet Zelensky After High-Stakes Talks with Putin

“We began talks,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said as he welcomed US special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner to Kyiv on Sunday for discussions on possible ways to end the Russia-Ukraine conflict. The visit comes a day after Witkoff and Kushner held talks at the Kremlin with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Putin’s foreign policy adviser Yuri Ushakov described the roughly three-hour meeting as “constructive” and “extremely frank.”
