Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has confirmed receiving the Trump administration’s 28-point peace plan to end the war with Russia and announced his willingness to work on the proposal with American, European, and global partners. The draft plan, delivered by senior U.S. officials, reportedly requires Ukraine to make painful concessions—including ceding territory in the east (such as parts of Donbass), capping its military strength, renouncing NATO ambitions, and surrendering certain weapon systems—in exchange for U.S. and allied security guarantees against future Russian aggression.
