Trump Says US Conducts 'Minor Strikes' Amid Reports Of Attacks On Iran's Qeshm Island

US President Donald Trump said his administration was in talks with Iranian representatives while claiming that US forces had destroyed an Iranian anti-aircraft device. Speaking to reporters in West Palm Beach, Florida, on November 6, Trump said the US was making progress with Iran and described recent military actions as "minor strikes." He declined to confirm whether US forces were responsible for reported strikes on Iran's Qeshm Island. Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency reported that two missiles had struck the island, with no official confirmation of the extent of the damage.
