Former Ukrainian Defence Minister Mykhailo Fedorov says Ukraine is “gradually, slowly losing” its war with Russia and has only several months to make major decisions that could reverse the trajectory. He argues Ukraine still has a path to victory, but says its war effort is being undermined by weak strategy, institutional dysfunction, corruption and failure to apply available technology at scale.
