Ukraine’s ‘Moscow-killer missile’ nears liftoff as Zelensky risks nuclear escalation from Putin?

Ukraine says it is closing in on a major long-range missile milestone as Fire Point's FP-9 ballistic missile approaches its first full-scale flight test. With a claimed range of up to 855 km and the ability to strike high-value targets deep inside Russian-controlled territory, the FP-9 could mark a significant shift in Kyiv's indigenous strike capabilities. If successfully tested, the missile may reshape the battlefield while raising fresh questions about how Moscow could respond to Ukraine's expanding long-range arsenal.
