Iran launched a fresh wave of missiles and drones targeting Israel and several U.S.-aligned Gulf states, dramatically widening the regional conflict. In Israel, at least one person died and around 21 were injured in Tel Aviv, according to The Times of Israel and national ambulance services. The Israeli government reported a total of 342 injuries from the latest Iranian attacks. Sirens sounded across Jerusalem, Haifa, and central and northern Israel, with the Israel Defense Forces confirming multiple interceptions, including three UAVs. In the Gulf, the United Arab Emirates reported casualties after incidents in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Debris from aerial interceptions sparked a fire at Jebel Ali Port—the U.S. Navy’s largest port of call in the Middle East—though no injuries were reported there. Qatar said 65 ballistic missiles and 12 drones were detected, with two missiles reaching Al Udeid Air Base. Eight people were injured by falling shrapnel. Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and Iraq also reported strikes on key facilities.
