The United States announced this year’s final aid package for Ukraine – $250 million. The amount, nothing compared to the proposed $60 billion package that is stuck in the U.S. Congress, will be used to provide ammunition to Kyiv. The development comes amid a report that western countries are quietly changing their Ukraine strategy. Politico reported that western countries are no longer seeking “total victory” for Ukraine.
