‘Will guide India’: V-P Naidu in tears as PM Modi leads farewell in Rajya Sabha

• Rajya Sabha bids farewell to Chairman and Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu. PM led the farewell to Naidu in the upper house of Parliament.
