Afghan FM rejects TTP presence, urges Pak to resolve internal militant crisis

Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi has denied the presence of the Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) in Afghanistan, stating that those present are Pakistani refugees displaced by military operations prior to the Taliban’s return to Kabul. He criticized Pakistan for not securing the long and porous Durand Line border and argued that the fight against militants is internal to Pakistan, not Afghanistan’s responsibility. Muttaqi urged Islamabad to address its domestic challenges and protect its citizens, rather than blaming Afghanistan for ongoing unrest. Watch for more
