Australia ‘snubs’ U.S; Refuses to join Biden in ‘war against China’ over Taiwan

Amid rising tensions between U.S. and China, Washington-ally Australia has said it has not given the United States any commitment as part of the Aukus deal that it would join its top ally in a potential future war over Taiwan. The Australian Deputy PM said that Canberra had given no such commitment to Washington.
