Avdiivka, Houthi Fallout: Europe Mulls Security Pact Minus USA; NATO Allies Rebel?

From Ukraine to the Middle East; from the fall of Avdiivka, to the defiance of the Houthis - America's claim of military deterrence as well as superpower status have been receiving one blow after another as conflicts intensify. Amid USA's fall from grace, its biggest and closest allies in Europe appear to be planning a new defence pact which excludes Washington.
