The U.S. President Joe Biden became the victim of trolling yet again on Twitter after a recent video of him claiming to build a railroad from the Pacific Ocean to the Indian Ocean went viral. Biden was detailing his administration's plans at the League of Conservation Voters Annual Capital Dinner on Wednesday.
