‘Biden wanted to freeze NATO ally’: U.S. journalist on Nord Stream ‘sabotage’

The American Investigative Journalist who dropped a bombshell report last week claiming that U.S. divers had bombed the Nord Stream gas pipelines in September last year on orders of Joe Biden has now stated that the U.S. President wanted to freeze Germany. In an interview published by the Berliner Zeitung, Seymour Hersh suggested that Washington went ahead with the sabotage because the Ukraine conflict 'was not going well for the West.' He added, "The point is that Biden has decided to let the Germans freeze this winter. The President of the United States would rather see Germany freeze than [see] Germany possibly stop supporting Ukraine." Meanwhile, Russia demanded that the United States should try to prove it was not behind the destruction of the Nord Stream gas pipelines that connected Russia to Western Europe.
