Union Home Minister Amit Shah made a big declaration over the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). Shah said CAA will be notified and implemented before the upcoming Lok Sabha election. Speaking at an event, the Union Home Minister called CAA an “act of the country.” He stressed that the act is to provide citizenship and not to “take away anyone's citizenship.”
