Elon Musk's SpaceX has limited Ukraine's ability to use its satellite internet service for military purposes. This comes after reports that Kyiv has used it to control drones. Gwynne Shotwell, president and chief operating officer of SpaceX, said that the Starlink service, which has provided Ukraine with broadband communications, was "never meant to be weaponized" and "Ukraine broke the policies set out by SpaceX."
