Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh has blamed Israel for lack of progress on a ceasefire in Gaza, adding that the group is adamant on its demand of “complete ceasefire” in Gaza. “The resistance will not accept anything less than a complete cessation of aggression, the withdrawal of the occupation army from the Gaza Strip, the lifting of the unjust siege,” the Hamas chief said in a statement. There has been no progress on halting the war raging for the last four months in Gaza.
